Objective of the consultancy

The objective of the consultancy is to assist in the assessment of the impact of FMIS on fiscal transparency, by reviewing the status of disclosing public finance data to present budget execution performance (targets vs. actuals/outturns for all budget revenues and expenditures) and other important indicators based on reliable information systems, defining some metrics on the strength of country systems and web publishing platforms, scanning common open standards for electronic publication of timely and comprehensive public finance data on the web, and summarizing the key findings through a report and geospatial data mapping.
